The home is a fully remodeled 1983 home with free Wifi, stocked kitchen, electric Induction cooktop with oven and microwave, cookware and dishes for your family to enjoy home cooked meals. Kitchen appliances also include refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, tea kettle, french press, toaster and blender. Both bathrooms give you a modern luxury feel with stocked up essentials. Laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer with detergent. Kids High chair, toys and pack and play is available along with pet bowls. Manchaca Meadows offers onsite uncovered parking for about 4 cars, a peaceful large fenced backyard with beautiful trees, outdoor cabana style living area with dining seating, propane grill, fire pit and a therapeutic hot tub. For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with a Ring security camera at the front door. It records only the exterior entryway and is used to ensure guest and property security. We welcome our short and long term guests and cater to their needs. Ask about our long term stay discount. Dogs considered with additional cleanings during reservation (depending on length of stay), guest pays housekeeping directly for extra cleans. No pets other than dogs can stay on the premises. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay. Guests can not lease out any part of the property to others during their stay. There are large beautiful trees on the property and the surrounding properties. Non refundable $150 pet fee due before checkin.
